Product description:
Raymond mill adopts the advanced structure of similar products at
home and abroad, and is designed based on the Raymond mill of the
same industry. It has high efficiency, low power consumption, small
footprint, and small one-time investment. The grinding roller is
tightly pressed on the grinding ring under the action of
centrifugal force, so when the grinding roller and grinding ring
are worn to a certain thickness, it does not affect the output and
fineness of the finished product. The replacement cycle of the
grinding roller and grinding ring is long, thus eliminating the
disadvantage of the short replacement cycle of the wearing parts of
the centrifugal crusher. The air selection airflow of the Raymond
mill is circulated in the fan-mill shell-cyclone separator-fan, so
there is less dust, the operation workshop is clean, and the
environment is pollution-free.

The Raymond mill is mainly composed of a main machine, an analyzer, a fan, a finished product cyclone separator, a micro powder cyclone separator and an air duct. Among them, the main machine is composed of a frame, an air inlet volute, a scraper, a grinding roller, a grinding ring and a cover.
Working principle of Raymond mill:
When working, the material to be crushed is added into the machine
from the feed hopper on the side of the machine cover. Relying on
the grinding roller device hanging on the main machine plum blossom
frame, it revolves around the vertical axis and rotates itself. Due
to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller
swings outward and presses against the grinding ring, so that the
scraper scoops up the material and sends it between the grinding
roller and the grinding ring. The purpose of crushing the material
is achieved due to the rolling and rolling of the grinding roller.
Air selection process of Raymond mill:
After the material is ground, the fan blows air into the main
machine housing to blow up the powder, which is sorted by the
analyzer placed above the grinding chamber. The material with too
coarse fineness falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding,
and the material with fineness that meets the specification enters
the cyclone collector with the wind flow. After collection, it is
discharged through the powder outlet, which is the finished
product. The wind flows back into the fan through the return air
duct at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The wind path
is circulated and flows under negative pressure. The increased air
volume in the circulating wind path is discharged through the
exhaust gas duct between the fan and the main unit and enters the
small cyclone collector for purification.
