Technological Process

1. 2. The manually sorted garbage enters the crusher, which can tear open the bagged garbage in the garbage for subsequent processing.

3. The crushed garbage is fed into the drum screen by a belt conveyor, using organic matter, and the suspended magnetic separator uses iron.

4. After magnetic separation, the iron in the screened material can be selected and then sent to the comprehensive air separator for air separation treatment. The comprehensive air separation machine can be divided into heavy objects such as bricks and stones, combustible materials such as rubber, plastic, and film paper.

5. According to customer needs, with appropriate manual sorting, flotation, washing, color selection, and eddy current sorting, the separation of different substances in garbage can be achieved.
