Working Principle of Jaw Crusher:

This process is an intermittent crushing process. The material is repeatedly squeezed, torn and impacted during the up and down movement of the movable jaw, and finally reaches the desired crushing particle size. The crushing ratio of jaw crusher is usually between 4:1 and 6:1, depending on the nature of the material and the design of the crusher.
